Role Overview:
Metric is looking for an experienced Help Desk Technician to join our Orlando IT Department. This position is responsible for the overall health of company's IT infrastructure including patching, firmware upgrades, hardware, software, servers, Mobile Device Management and backups.
What you should bring:
  • Bachelors degree in computer science OR equivalent in education and experience required.
  • 3 plus years’ work experience in an IT related field.
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred.
  • Previous experience with managing a help desk system is required.
  • Microsoft Certification is preferred.
  • Familiarity with  WatchGuard, VPN,VOIP, Proxies, Office 365,  SQL 2014,  SharePoint , Bitdefender
